Australia Instrumentation Cables Cu/V-90/OS/5V-90/SWA/5V-90 300/500V is suitable for electronic computer networks and control systems that require high anti-interference performance for detection devices and instrumentation connections in intrinsically safe systems.
Implementation standard: BS EN50288-7
Conditions of Use:
1. AC rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V. The allowable working temperature of the cable is: PVC insulation is divided into 70℃ and 105℃; polyethylene insulation is 70℃; cross-linked polyethylene insulation is 90℃, and the ambient temperature during installation and laying Not lower than 0℃.
2. The allowable bending radius of metal tape wrapped shielded or steel wire or steel tape armored cables should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the allowable bending radius of non-armored flexible cables or braided shielded cables should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
3. AC rated voltage U0/U: 300/500V; long-term maximum allowable operating temperature of cable conductors: PVC insulation is divided into 70℃ and 105℃; polyethylene insulation is 70℃; cross-linked polyethylene insulation is 90℃ (Insulation cross-linking types can be divided into silane cross-linking and radiation cross-linking).
4. Low ambient temperature: -40 ℃ for fixed installation; -15 ℃ for non-fixed installation. Ambient temperature during installation and laying: not lower than 0℃.
5. The minimum bending radius allowed for cables: metal tape wrapped shielded cables or steel wire or steel tape armored cables are not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable; non-armored soft cables or braided shielded cables are not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Australia Instrumentation Cables Cu/V-90/OS/5V-90/SWA/5V-90 300/500V refer to AS/NZS 1125, AS/NZS 3808, IEC 60332-1 to select conductors, insulation, sheaths and other materials. Compared with IEC corresponding standards and GB/T corresponding standards, they are formulated according to their geographical location and climate characteristics. Must be strictly observed, which is an important basis for cable usage compliance and life guarantee.
