Electrical tracing cable installation method
1. The electric heating belt should be attached to the pipe or wound on the pipe. Use aluminum tape to fix the electric heating belt radially with heat-resistant tape at intervals of 0.5-0.8m. Electric tracing cables laid in parallel with the pipeline are generally installed below the pipeline and present a 45-degree Angle to the horizontal axis of the pipeline cross section. If two electric tracing cables are used, they should be laid symmetrically.
2. The minimum bending radius shall not be less than 5-6 times of the thickness of the electric heating belt during installation.
