1,CONDUCTOR:Class 2 Copper Conductors Compression Stranded, acc.to IEC 60228.

2,INSULATION: Conductor semiconducting layer + XLPE insulation layer + insulation shielding layer three-layer co-extrusion.The insulation thickness meets the requirements in the table below.

3,INSULATION SCREEN:Copper tape shielding consists of a layer of overlapping soft copper tape. The average overlap rate between copper strips should be no less than 15% (nominal value).with longitudinally water-tight wrapping.

4,SCREEN:copper wires with two copper tape spiral ,then with longitudinally water-tight wrapping.

5,Outet Sheath:Flame retardant MV HDPE sheath sheath material, and the color is black. After extrusion, the cable should be round, smooth, and uniform in thickness. Its cross-section should be free of visible blisters, impurities, bubbles, unplasticized material, and charred materials.
