Marine control cable Usage characteristics:
1,Power frequency rated voltage: U0 / u is 150 / 250V.
2,The maximum long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor is 90 ℃ for XLPE and EPDM insulation and 70 ℃ for PVC insulation.
3,The maximum temperature of XLPE and EPDM insulated cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ℃, and the maximum temperature of PVC insulated cable conductor shall not exceed 160 ℃.
4,minimum bending radius of cable:
The metal braided armored type shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable
Non armored type: D ≤ 25mm, ≥ 4D
D＞25mm，≥6D
5,The code of natural resistance characteristics shall meet the requirements of GB / T 19666-2005.
6,when laying the cable, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃, and when it is lower than 0 ℃, it shall be preheated in advance.
